Hello Revolutionaries!

I’ve had a bit of a break from the studio this past week due to another booking our producer, Myles had. Not to say the work on the album has stopped (it hasn’t), but … I’m not spending 8-hour-days, 6-days-a-week in a place that’s like a time warp right now.

I’ve had a bit more time to myself & have had the mental space to write again! :-)

For all of my paid subscribers, this is PART 3 of what has turned out to be the story of how I ended up back in the studio after a hiatus of 10 years. If you’re a new paid subscriber, you may want to go back & check out ALCHEMY - PART 1, and ALCHEMY - PART 2, so you can be caught up.

So when we last left our heroine (I do love my hyperbole, lol), she was staying sober, doing yoga, meditating, writing, & trying to finish a college degree in paralegal studies all during a global pandemic, after a lifetime of training that prepared her for a career as a professional vocalist & performer ….

So she did what any self-respecting & thoughtfully minded college student would do … she packed up her apartment & moved to one of the most culturally rich, ethnically diverse, & magical cities in the world …

New Orleans.
